Is my money safe?
Tenants pay by transfer to your own bank account through Paystack, Nigeria's trusted payments provider. Tareova never holds your money — it only records what the bank confirms.
What can my agent see and do?
Only their own work: the flats assigned to them, the tenants to chase, and repairs to log. They cannot see another owner's properties, set rents, or record payments.
Do my tenants need to download anything?
No. Tenants pay from a simple link and get a receipt by SMS or WhatsApp. The app helps, but nothing forces them onto it.
